How it works

There is no charge to join the pantry. To join, complete the application form and provide proof of ID and home address. Once your membership is approved, you can visit The Pantry and, for just £5 per visit, choose up to 10 food products. Most members find visiting once a week works best for them.

What you’ll need:

To meet the requirements of our suppliers, every member is provided with an insulated carrier bag for their chilled and frozen items. Please bring this bag with you each time you visit to ensure your food stays at the right temperature.

You’ll also receive a fridge thermometer and will need to share your fridge and freezer temperature readings during each visit.

Tuesday: 08:45 – 10:45
Friday: 15:00 – 17:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 11:30
