Holiday activities and food (HAF) programme
The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme provides free holiday activity places, including a meal, for children in England who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals (FSM). The programme aims to support these children by ensuring they have access to healthy food and enriching activities during the school holidays
Children and young people are entitled to up to 8 activity days free. The free places funded by HAF do not apply to the camps or family days. However, those children and young people who are entitled to HAF funding can apply to us for a 50% discount on the family days and camps.
